Guest Reviews & Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a treat! The rooms are quite modern despite the age of the house and were large with extra towels for all of us, plus a wonderful bubble bath and one of the best beds I've ever slept in. The service was amazing, with very friendly and accommodating staff. The location couldn't be better, just a couple of minutes walk from downtown Napa with restaurants and shops. The dining experience was fantastic, and the owners were so nice and helpful. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to town and conveniently close to everything, but the rooms were extremely small and had old-fashioned locks. The owners seemed efficient, yet not entirely invested, and I had to go knock on their door for assistance. The dining experience to our room was delicious, and the facilities were quite good overall.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and had a spacious closet, providing all the comfort I needed. The service was a bit awkward due to the locked front door but the staff put in effort to enhance the experience. The location was great, offering a peaceful retreat yet close to downtown attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory, especially the delicious pancakes. Overall, a good value for money stay with some minor inconveniences.
The hotel was a mixed bag with spacious rooms but disappointing dining options. The service was accommodating, and the location was excellent for walking to downtown. Overall, it offered a decent experience with some room for improvement.
